Countryside holiday cottage located 10 minutes away from the water leisure centre and golf course of Center Parcs Les Bois Francs and the medieval town of Verneuil-sur-Avre.

Denis, Vincent, Guillaume and Clément brought back to life this pretty typical farmhouse by converting it into a pleasant holiday cottage next to the former farm. Inside, spacious, friendly and comfortable living areas, well-thought-out equipment and a warm and modern decor.

On the ground floor, you enter the spacious and bright living room with windows on both sides and opening onto the garden. On the courtyard side: sitting room, dining room and functional kitchen. 3 double bedrooms including two en suite and one with dressing room. Another spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs, sitting area with TV on the landing, 2 large, sloped ceiling bedrooms with 3 or 4 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet.

A large 0.5-acre garden surrounding the holiday cottage is for guests only, and access to the surrounding pastures to play ball games. The terrace offers a view over the rolling countryside, a small wood and the garden.
